I live in Tx, I was driving through Kansas.

I was going 25+, I need to get this ticket dealt with, what are my options?

Can I do deferred adjudication or defensive driving for an out of state ticket?
Should I handle this myself or get an attorney to deal with this for me?

This isn't a chat room. People who volunteer their free time to read and answer these questions might have something better to do on a nice Sunday afternoon.

If you're really concern, call a lawyer in the jurisdiction that you were charged in and see what he feels your options are.
