Parole search

I live in North Dakota. My husband is on parole. I was just wondering if a parole search can be done in our house while he is not home. Also, can they search my things (ie: purse, school bag, vehicle)?

Yep. the key word is "access". As long as he has access to the items then they can be searched.

I was also wondering if they can do a parole search of our house when he is not home, or if nobody is home.
