A balance carry over shows on all my check stubs from the new year for $6,000. I no longer work for this guy but I asked his secretary that quit after I was gone and she said she doesnt know what that would have been for. My old employer screwed me over on my checks many of times some times I didnt catch it and now its to late to file a wage claim form for it. Is there any thing I can do to have him fix that. I never received that money and dont want to have to get stuck paying taxes on money I dont have. And if this was an accidentg because of changing banks or what not is there any penalty that he gets?
