One of my doctors has to give a deposition in court soon. My lawyer is trying to have the judge rule me perm total. If the judge agrees with this, would I expect to find out that same day?
When someone has a perm total disability, how long does the ins. company pay them? (until they are 65 ? until they are75? death?)
