What is the name of your state? FLORIDA
As to incorporation of physician assistants (PA) in Florida, is it possible for a PA to incorporate for the purpose of providing medical care. I know, generally, in other states that this is often not allowed. Some states may allow a PA to be 49% shareholder at the most, ostensibly requiring a spouse (or someone else) to be the majority shareholder. Or, can PA's form a Professional Association under Florida law, or are there similar restrictions? If not how can a PA form a business entity that provides more protection under Florida law? Any assistance is very much appreciated.
Thanx,
