police did not read me my rights

the dog triggered and then he asked us and my friend told him...and for the other reply i cant hire a attorney my mom cant afford one we barley pay the bills

But you have enough money to buy dope? (The judge will say.)


Here's a hint: Do NOT say, "My friend bought it for me" or "I found it" or some other equally stupid remark.

Judges don't believe those kinds of stories.

about 5 to 10 minutes its just went from him telling us my friend ran a stop sign to talking to the canine unit guy

well, no help there. if there had been a long delay, there may have been something to help but that short of time kills that idea.
