My vehicle was in an accident about a week ago and the police report just came back. My name (my husband was driving) and some of the passengers from the other vehicle were not on the police report. Is this going to affect the claims process with the other person's insurance? Should I have them redo the report (I don't know if that is at all possible).
I was completely not at fault, these young adults (21 and under) were speeding on backroads, went around a turn, lost control of their car and came screeching sideways and hit my car.
