I Live in North Carolina, and last year i was charged with a 69/55, the judge gave me a PJC..prayer for judgement...Well yesterday i was comming home and i had just turned out of the Cheverolet Dealer Parkin lot, i was not 200 yds down the rd from it, and had not put my seat belt..just my luck a trooper passed by right when i was puttin it on...he gave me a ticket for failure to wear the proper saftey restraint...i've heard tale that Seat belt tickets do not go against PJC's..or do they? just wondering?
