I have now had 3 heading for thr 4th pre-trial conference with the da, judge, attorney.
Nothing has changed since the 1st conference. They offered a plea, I did not accept.
Why are they not making me choose one or the other?
Are they stalling and if so why?
I have filed a complaint against officers for a large varitey of things, but this was after the plea offer was given.
