What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MD

Do all the stipulations in previous orders stay valid? For instance who the child is allowed around? Or does all that have to be re-established?

yes, unless they have been modified by the courts or parents reach a new agreement.. all previous orders stay valid

profmum is right.

My last order specifically stated that anything not stated in the new order remained as set forth in the previous order.

If there is an issue here(I remember the problems with your ex), you can always file for clarification...
