What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Colorado

This is probably a silly question... but if I sent the court and the plaintiff, copies of all the evidence I want to use; Do I still have to print out copies for the plaintiff and the judge, to bring to court?

Is this small claims? If so, just bring copies for the judge & copies for the plaintiff.

If not, you should put the exhibits in binders and give one binder to the judge & one to the opposing party. And have a copy for the court to enter into evidence of the record of the trial.

Make sure they are labeled nicely.

Keep a binder for you :)

Good luck.

Motions as well?

It is in county court.

One more question, do I have to print out copies of the motions I filed?
