What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
Virginia

Party A sues party B. The action A vs B concludes and a final judgment is entered. Party B then sues party A on a different cause of action and names as parties in the suit, the attorneys and lawfirm that represented party A in A vs B. For res judicata purposes, are/can the attorneys and lawfirm that represented party A in A vs B considered to have been in privity with A in the previous suit???

Why don't you say what you're trying to get at rather than try to use the legal theory.

As, by definition, A's attorney was in privity with A. But, I suspect A is not suing A's attorney, so, what are you talking about?
