What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio

I have made a request of an Ohio state office to inspect public records. (R.C. 149.43) The records have been compiled, but they are refusing to allow me to inspect them at reasonable times during regular business hours.

1) What recourse do I have? (writ of mandamus, etc.)

2) If I need a lawyer, what field should I be looking for?

Write to a local tv station consumer affairs desk, city /county /state politicians and departments so enjoy the spot light being onthem when they do not comply with laws.
