Washington
We have entered into the purchase contract a few years ago. The governing law is the law of the State of Washington, USA. Under the terms of the contract we receive the items once/twice per year and have to pay on receipt. However, the seller has breached his obligations a few times in relation the previous deliveries in particular to the conditions of the items. We would like to reduce the price for the next delivery. This is not provided under the contract. However considering previous breaches we would suggest this would be allowed. Please could you help to understand what legal statute regulates this contract and what our chances to reduce the original price.
Thank you very much in advance.
