What is the name of your state? Texas
I am buying an ecommerce business and i want to know what legal forms i need to buy this website. I live in Texas and the seller lives in Michigan. Is it a simple Business Asset Purchase Agreement that i need or another type of legal form? any advice is greatly appreciated
