What is the name of your state? Florida

I have been going through disputes with my title company for years, and I have had a terrible financial year and citifinancial has tried to foreclosure on 12/28/05. Just prior to the foreclusure date, I filed a notice of appeal to the appeals court which would give me additional time. I looked at my public records and I notice there is a certificate of title back to the mortgage company - do I still have claim to my property or did I lose it?

**A: call your mortgage company and find out. Then post back.
