What is the name of your state? Utah
If a child has dropped out of public school, say in their sophmore year, missing half of their sophmore year and all of their junior year and has now decided to attend a charter school, is it possible for that child to graduate just after one school year? Does anyone know how that works? Would they be enrolled in the same class as when they left school or could they be enrolled as a senior after missing all that schooling? What is the name of your state?

Most probably they would have to enroll as a sophomore. Because you need so many credits to graduate and after two years you wont' have enough. The transcript from the school being transferred from would also have to be provided to the charter school. A GED is also an option at this stage.
