I read your other post...quit claim isn't going to help you here I'm afraid. The mtg company doesn't give a cats hair what you contracts you make with your ex, they will still enforce the one they made with YOU. You need to go to court, show the judge that he is NOT making payments and is in violation of the agreement. Ask for the house BACK. You might be forced to sell it, but at least you will find some relief.
