Gryndor, people have been trying for almost a century to find a "legal" way to avoid paying income taxes. Time and again courts have upheld the right/duty of the IRS to collect taxes from all people who receive income in the US. You can read anything you want into the tax codes (and the URL you listed based all it's 'evidence' on what the codes USED to say), but if you can't get the courts to support your view, then the IRS will put you in jail, and sell your car, house, and dog to pay your taxes. Every single one of these schemes to avoid taxes or to get extra tax credits has been found to be frivolous and fraudulent, and you will actually get in more trouble for using one of them than you would if you just stopped filing your taxes.
But, like many people who post here, you don't want to hear the truth, you want to hear that we agree with you, and we don't.
