What is the name of your state? Michigan

I'm trying to remember if there is a time frame for reporting an attorneys misconduct to the Michigan State Bar.

I seem to remember it being only 1 year but can't find any additional information. The reason I ask is because I just found my receipt for my $500 retainer fee for an attorney that failed to represent me in a misdemeanor case, failed to file an appearance which resulted in a bench warrant for my arrest and forcing me to pay an additional $750 to a different attorney.

This receipt is dates Feb of 2006, that's why I believe it's limited to just a year.

EDIT

Nevermind this can be deleted. Found my answer. No limitations. Now good luck to get the $500 back.
