What is the name of your state? va

If anyone can answer this one I would really appreciate it...We have joint custody with us having physical custody of child who lives with us in Va, the divorce and custody was all fought in Maryland (which is where everyone lived at the time), now mother is moving to Pa, so if problems arise, which courts will have jurisdiction? Also, can she move to PA and try to file for custody there? Thank you in advance for your help....
