What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

I hired an Attorney and he had me sign a retainer agreement, which basically means I would pay him or he can put a lien on personal property. My question is that all copies I have of the agreement contain a BLANK signature line for the Attorney. He never signed the agreement in front of me as well. Is this a legal binding contract without both signatures ?

I am asking because I dont want problems later. Any advice is appreciated.
