What is the name of your state? WI

I owe a small amount to my county for Guardian ad Litem fees. I received a notice from the WI Department of Revenue saying that my return will be intercepted for that amount. My question is....how long does the whole process take? I'm just wondering if this will delay me getting the rest of my tax return. In the past, I've gotten my return within two weeks. I'm mad at myself for not taking care of this bill.

Thanks for your time.
