My husband and I have been legally separated for 5 months. We have reconcilled & want to reverse the separation. Do we have to go through an attorney again or can we just file paperwork at the courthouse?
You do not NEED to go through an attorney. You can file paperwork asking the court to nullify the legal separation and you both petition together to do so.
Good grief. We cannot walk you through it step by step. YOU need to write the motion. If you can't do that you are going to have to go to an attorney and have him/her prepare the paperwork. It should not cost you much.
