What is the name of your state? Maryland

I am sending payment in full for a judgment that has been entered against me. I need to know if somebody can give me a form letter to request
1) a letter of satisfaction from the company
2) a letter requesting the garnishment on my bank account me released.

What is the best way to go about this? Will the garnishment be released immediately if the account is paid in full (allowing time for payment to clear...)?
