Update!!!

Alright, so I went and hired an attorney...He filed for a motion of discovery and found out it was only 20 pills...Now the DA office has given an offer of 60days 3yrs probation, and a $2,000 fine...He says he thinks he can still get me a diversion but isn't 100% sure but he's going to try...Still a little freaked out but feel better knowing it's not a 6 month to a yr sentence but I would think they would be a little more lineant on someone if it's their 1st time getting into trouble......
