We are seeking a CA State Bar Certified, Los Angeles, California area Real Estate Attorney to defend a highly frivilous and extremely weak Adverse Possession case already filed in Superior Court in the San Fernando Valley (re: .vacant property).

We seek an attorney who is both responsive and attentive, promptly returns phone calls and not a real nickle and dimer. We need someone who specializes in real property ownership/title law and/or has done at least 10-15 of these kinds of cases. We are looking for someone with an hourly bill rate of around/about $220/hr for court appearences and $170/hr for everything else. We promptly pay our bills. References please, prior to official engagement.
