2 years ago, I legally seperated from my husband and the court orderd our seperation per the agreement we both signed prior to the hearing. He has paid child and spousal support to me weekly, on time as agreed. My ex. now has a debt and worries if they go to court and he looses, they might garnish his wages. Do I need to do anything to ensure I come first. Thanks
