Me and my fiancee brought this house last year in december no down pament 100% financing. interest only. We brought this house thinking that we will make some money after a year. We spent almost 50k savings that we had together for the closing cost, furniture, and house payment itself. And i accured some CC debt about $10k because of this house. Things are not working out inbetween me and my fiancee so he's gonna leave me.And he is only in the title of the house and i am in the title and the loans as well. The whole damn loan is under me.

I tried selling the house but because of the market being so soft i will be 50k Negative then what i pay for the house. Now i am in the situtation that i can't make no payments and i don't wanna accure any more debt on my CC for the house where there is no hope that will grow in future. I am so stressed out and don't know what to do.

Can Anybody advice me what should i be doing in this situtation. Any advice would be higly appriciated.

Bankruptcy in most states will stall a foreclosure for a while.
