Very late to this thread, but for reference:

It is not legal to sell your account for most online games. If you read your ToS thoroughly, you'll see that the account is the property of Blizzard (or other game publisher in other cases), and they can and will revoke access upon learning it has been sold or made available for sale. Selling accounts in the modern age is quite possible, but not recommended as these kinds of scenarios come up quite often.
That is another good reason why the fellow who purchased the game from jlabruno is unlikely to move ahead with any legal action against jlabruno. He is in no better a legal position with his own sales and purchases of the accounts than jlabruno is. :)
