I live in Indiana and am considering Chapter 7 BK. I have a structured settlement annuity that I received for personal injuries when I was child that is currently paying about $50,000 per year. I own a business that has caused and continues to cause financial grief.

Is there a potential exemption in Indiana for a structured settlement annuity?
