I'm a bit confused about a certain process. I need to subpena the names of the employees who I dealt with so I take it I need to order this from the owner. But how do I get more time to subpena the employees themselves when the owner will bring this information to court? Can I request that he produces this information earlier than the trial date? Or do I have to ask the judge for a continuance?
