On a credit card of my dads I am also listed. He has left town. They were calling my house and everytime I try to make payment arrangements they won't talk to me because I'm not the primary cardholder and don't know the last 4 digits of his SS#. Then a law office contacts me, so I answer by letter that I am trying to make arrangements, please contact me. They did...sent me a summons for the whole amount. These are not my debts, but I'm trying to take care of them for my father since he is not around. Why won't anyone discuss it with me to make payment arrangements. If the credit card people and the lawyers won't respond, how can they put a judgement against me?
