The people who bought our previous house claimed that we did not disclose problems with our A/C. In June 2004, we were having some problems, so we had the A/C unit checked and the valves were found to be shut and low on refridgerant. Refridgerant was added and the valves were opened. We had no problems after, the house was sold and the new owners moved in Sept 2004, and they want us to pay for repairs. They are claiming that the system leaks and that we have to pay for repairs. They asked the airconditioning company for the work order of June 04, which the company gave them, which states that refrigerant was added and valves were opened. Legally, can they sue us?
