We started a new business in California State, Currently we do not have any employees and we do not have any income to the company, I would like to know "we need to file the tax every three months if company does not have any income ? "

Thanks in Advance for your help.

*** Because the state can't guess whether you had income or not. Just file the flippin' paperwork showing zero income. Seems pretty simple now, doesn't it??
