A new (temporary) visitation order (for mom) was developed a couple of months ago (EOW). It states that this visitation schedule is in leui (loo ---can't spell it - don't have the papers right in front of me) of the old visitation schedule**************....except for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Mom / dad went through mediation but mom decided she wanted to take it to court after the first hour of mediation. They will probably go to court January / February.

Anyway, mom gave dad a written notice on 10/12 stating that she is giving her notice to get the kids on Halloween.

Now - the written notice deal was in the old orders from when she lived 600 miles away, and it was for one long weekend per month - and a 30 day notice was required.

Are we misunderstanding ?? Doesn't the new visitation order supercede the old order ??
She said her lawyer told her that the old papers are still in effect (which we don't believe he told her that ). How can you be working off of two orders ?

Thanks for the help !

Was this 'order' ever actually signed by a judge and filed w/the court?
