What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? WA

Corporations are established by law in the state in which they do business. Any person employed by a corporation becomes the companies agent. Anytime a person acts on behalf of the corporation, they are not personally liable, correct?

Because a corporation is established by law, wouldn't it be held to the same rules government is manged by?

i.e. Washington state hires a Privately owned Police force to work within King County. Can that private police force ignore due process?

The state of Washington does not have a privately owned police force that works in King County. The onus of due process is on the judicial branch of the government entity, not any police force, whether public or private. Corporations are not established by law, but there are laws that corporations must follow.

The onus of due process is on the judicial branch of the government entity, not any police force, whether public or private. Corporations are not established by law, but there are laws that corporations must follow.
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

I've always considered Due Process to include rules for searches and seizures.
Corporations are not established by by law? By what authority then are Corporations established?
