Why did you lock your thread? By mistake, or because you're not interested in getting a response to your question?
If the former, then what you're talking about is not a garnishment. A garnishment is something ordered by the courts and is not something you can do anything about. What you're talking about is a deduction. If you have not given your employer written authorization to make these deductions, then file a complaint with your state or the federal DOL.
