Stop wasting your time with these clowns over the phone. Tell them that you only deal with financial matters through the mail and if they want you to review any information they need to mail it to you. Do not let them keep you on the phone for any reason. They are using scare tactics to make you think the police will come knocking down your door because you haven't paid off a credit card.
