Although it appears the thread started by Jackssd was designed to advertise a service, and commercial links are prohibited on this forum (https://forum.freeadvice.com/threads/trademark-registration.660418/), the following is some information on trademark specimens that should address the question Jack asked.

A specimen of a trademark must be filed with the trademark application and the specimen must be an actual example of how the trademark is used on the goods or services being offered.

For products being offered, a trademark specimen can be a product label or a product tag attached directly on the goods, or a box that contains the product with the trademark displayed on the box. The specimen must show both the product and the trademark (e.g., a tag with the trademark that is shown sewn inside the neck of a product sweatshirt is acceptable).

For a business trademark, a business webpage that displays the trademark of the business and describes the services offered by the business and displays a way to order the service (e.g., a click to buy/order) can be adequate.
