What is the name of your state? miss
You are at a four way intersection turning left, only on a green arrow. You stop and wait, and wait, green arrow appears, then, and only then, you turn on your signal, let your foot off the brake and hit the gas. Is a signal required while waiting, or only when you actually turn?
You are traveling straight on a main road, your turn signal is signaling right turn, you did not know it was on, someone pulls in front of you thinking you were going to turn right. Blam, you slam into there car as they pull into the flow of traffic. Does the fact that you signaled to turn right, legally make you at fault?
