What is the name of your state? CO. My daughter was living in CO and left to come back to CA as she had a warrant here. She is 6 months pregnant and was still using drugs in CO. She went to court here and her probation was extended for 6 months. No jail time or fines. She just got into a great drug treatment program for mothers or mothers to be. Its 6-12 months. She wants to postphone her court date in CO. He court date is Colorado Springs on 4-8. If she leaves the drug program to attend, she will have to be placed at the bottom of the waiting list.
