What is the name of your state? Illinois

I recieved a ticket for underage concuption of alcohol last night, saturday the 21st. I never stated that i was drinking, nor was i given a breathalizer or any form of a sobreity test. The cop lied on the ticket and said that i did. When i was asked I simply said, im not saying. the reason the cops were called was because my neighbor thought my friends car was parked in the grass and it was really in the driveway with a tire half in the grass but they looked in the window and saw there were people inside.
Im wondering if ill be able to plead not guilty and if i have a case. Or because its my word against his that he lied and wrote that, then do i not have a case.

Basically any advice would be greatly appreciated

My response:

That's not "normal".
