I had a similiar problem ....I called the bank and told them not to allow any money to be taken out any request...I can only get money out by withdrawl slip...I cant even fund my paypal anymore...but atleast no one else can take it out either....did you try calling ssi/ssdi? maybe they can help....I dont think they would like to know that the money was taken out...cant hurt to ask...
