Just an update on my overnight visitation thread that began this affair with the freeadvice.com forum.
The judge heard both sides of the story. The judge said that she was going to grant me the maximum visitation allowable by the SOP. As in the issue of distance, the judge said "so what!" to my ex. So starting imediatelly, the new SOP is in place. I still intend to see my son on Thursdays for only a few hours until I move closer but for Sunday's, I think it's going to be OK for me to drive him to school.
