Yep -- with teens, parenting should be called "slogging." Just keep slogging through, don't give up, don't let them "win." Don't stop loving them, don't stop telling them you love them, don't give up on discipline. Whew!

On the other hand, teens need more freedom than younger kids. A perceived lack of freedom will anger a teen. Make the teen earn his/her freedoms. Certainly, do not hand them decision-making in all arenas!

Dang, I'm glad I'm done with all that stuff!!! :D :p
