I have been contacted by an attorney & informed that my wages will be garnished for the amount of my charged-off credit card debt. My credit card company charged-off my debt and then sold the debt to a collection firm. An attorney from the collection firm informed me if the attorney takes this to court to get the garnishment judgement, I will also be garnished for legal fees and collection costs. My option is to pay garnishment (25% of disposable income) in an out of court agreement. Is this true that I can be garnished for legal fees and collection costs which total about $3,100.00

Possible. All depends on if the court finds in favor of the credit card company and enters the judgment against you.
