What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Wisconsin

I have been taken to court for wage garnishments. There is a docket entry stating, "Dismissal calendar on April 29, 2009 at 01:30 pm." I received a letter stating the same.

What does this mean?

Then there is another docket entry stating, "Proposed Garnishment Dismissal and Full Release, received."

What does this mean?
