What is the name of your state? FL

I own 3 web addresses that are not live. When I enter one of them, there's nothing but porn listed on it and a link to "I Buy Web Addresses" and all this porn PLUS it appears maybe a worm is generated from there. Do I have any legal recourse against the offender, if I can find them?

Did you forget to pay some renewal fees?

no, I've paid for the registration rights and those are current. The websites are "parked" as I understand it and registered to my corporation with me as the contact person.

Two of the sites have never been live, one site, however, has. The site that is linking to a porn site (that is you type www.mywebsite.com and a link takes you to www.pornsomething.com).

Oh, and by legal, I mean a way to say, "Stop or else..."

Those whom you purchase your registration rights from, have you contacted them and asked them about your current situation? What did they tell you?

The DNS registration is probably messed up. Somebody mis-typed an IP address somewhere, and it was probably the other company. If you go to whomever is "parking" your domain, they will go to network solutions and do a WHOIS on your domain and the other one and see where the conflict is. Once they fix it it will take a few days to propagate to the world, but the good thing is that your site isn't live anyway so the only one that is actually going to mywebsite.com is you.
