What is the name of your state? Missouri
My baby's daddy which is also my ex in 5 days received 3 tickets the 1st 2 were for C&I and for driving on the wrong side of the road when the road was big enough. The third ticket was for a DWI which his alcohol intake was 1. something which he is going to try and deny. His DWI is his second one in 5 years. My 1st question is does he stand a good chance of going to jail. Just courious cause if he goes to jail the child support will stop coming in.
My next question is does missouri have some 3 strikes your out rule on any and all felony charges?
